Whether you’re a sports team looking for a group class, or an individual training for a big event, a combined yoga and myofascial release class can be a fantastic way of relieving tension from your body. Having come from a sports background, I understand the need to keep the body in top condition for performance and the common areas that hold tension. My classes include dynamic yoga to increase strength and endurance, myofascial release (using tennis balls) to reduce tightness in the body and yin yoga to increase flexibility.
